Assistant manager and gym instructor here at The Ivy Gym.
Over the past 3 years, I’ve been on my own journey transforming my body and finding the confidence I so badly wanted. On this journey, I’ve developed a passion to change lives and I’m soon to be a fully qualified level 3 PT and level 4 nutritionist.
Whether you are just starting your fitness journey or already have experience in the gym, I will always be a friendly face if you ever need anything.

I believe that ‘working out’ in the gym and ‘running’ is not just a physical activity; it’s a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

My coaching philosophy centres around the idea that everyone can become a better version of themselves, regardless of their starting point. Whether you’re a beginner looking to shed some kilos and build strength, or an experienced runner aiming to improve your performance.

I tailor my 1-2-1 in-person training sessions, and online training programs to meet your unique needs and aspirations.

I have over 22 years experience in the running world, 7 years in triathlon and competed for Team GB in the AG World Championships, I also have 12 years experience as a coach in running, team sports & fitness.

After completing my Masters degree in sport and exercise science I decided to go into health coaching to combine my knowledge in nutrition and exercise with my interest in diabetes prevention due to a vast family history.
